  4. Physical Signs • Hepatomegaly • Abdominal bruits • Ascites • Splenomegaly • Weight loss and muscle wasting • Fever

  5. Physical Signs • Hepatomegaly • 6x7 cm solid liver mass in the right lobe • liver span=14cm • palpable, tender, nodular • Abdominal bruits • Ascites • Splenomegaly • Weight loss and muscle wasting • Fever  low grade (37.8°C)

  6. Signs of Chronic Liver Disease • Jaundice • Dilated abdominal veins • Palmarerythema • Gynecomastia • Testicular atrophy • Perpheraledema
