  2. O cabo de rede deve ser ligado a porta lan do MODEM e na placa de rede do COMPUTADOR Modem Computador EXECUTAR TESTE DE PING PARA SE CERTIFICAR QUE COMUNICAÇÃO ENTRE MAQUINA E MODEM ESTA OK

  3. Verificar se a fonte de energia esta ligada corretamente no modem e na tomada AC CERTIFICAR QUE O PONTO ONDE ESTA SENDO LIGADO A FONTE ESTA COM ENERGIA ELETRICA

  4. Entre no WDT e verifique bloqueio , faça reset , verifique se não há OS em aberto Peça ao cliente para verificar se o cabo de telefone R11 fornecido no kit esta ligado corretamente na porta ADSL do modem e na porta correta do filtro derivador (modem / ADSL). E verifique também se todas as extensões estão com filtro simples

  5. ACESSAR O MODEM CONFORME EXEMPLO ABAIXO E ABILITAR A WLAN OBS: VERIFICAR O MODELO ESPECIFICO DO CLIENTE • Habilite WLAN

  6. SE O AUTENTICADOR NÃO ESTIVER CONFIGURADO CORRETAMENTE DENTRO DO MODEM A LUZ WAN / INTERNET / @ NÃO IRÁ ACENDER OBS: VERIFICAR O MODELO ESPECIFICO DO CLIENTE • Altere o VPIeVCIpara 0/33 em seguida selecione o protocolo PPOE • insira UsernameePassworde salve clicando em submit ou save
