Expansion Funding • New Investment round signed-off end July  • £6M  8.5M  $9.5M • Main investment from: • existing investors GMT Communication Partners • new Munich-based investors PolyTechnos • Funding for expanding operations into Netherlands and Germany during 2004 initially • decision on which of Amsterdam or Frankfurt to go live first soon • feedback on preferred cities/sites welcome

LoNAP Interconnect • See http://www.xchangepoint.net/info/Xchange-LoNAP.pptfor background • Has been running smoothly for around 9 months now • to date only point-to-point private VLANs • 12 XchangePoint customers and 8 LoNAP members participating - total 29 VLANs • About 7.5Mb/s traffic through interconnect • Extended agreement last week • will run for at least another 6 months • added shared public IPv4 and IPv6 peering VLANs in neutral address space
