EU messages on IGF • Internet - a global network that is open, global, resilient and accessible to all • Respect for human rights, freedom of expression and privacy on Internet • IGF is an important platform for global discussions and change of ideas and experiences • IGF should continue another five years • IGF should remain its multi-stake-holder approach • IGF should remain its non decision body • IGF could be further developed(visibility, engage more countries etc)
Enhanced cooperation • An action request to all stakeholders to please compile and submit by November 15, 2010, a policy statement on ‘enhanced cooperation’ for the UN Secretary General’s ongoing consultations in New York.
