  3. Appointment Intervals

  4. What is an interval? • A slot or multi seat block out • The ability to set different maximum appointment values throughout the day • For Example: • From 8am-10am: 3 max appointments • From 10am-12pm: 2 max appointments • From 12pm-4pm: 4 max appointments

  6. Site Admin > Site Information > Roles Added View, Add, Edit, Delete and delete option for appointment intervals in schedule setup

  7. Site Admin > Billing Reports Added option for Appointment Intervals in settings

  8. Settings > Schedule Information > Roles Added View, Add, Edit, and Delete option for Appointment Intervals in Schedule Setup

  9. Settings > Schedule Setup > Schedule Settings Added option in Scheduling section to allow for the Appointment Intervals information to be displayed on the scheduling tab

  11. Settings > Schedule setup > Appointment Intervals • Name your interval • Select days to apply interval • Set the max concurrent limit • Set the interval start and end time

  13. Settings > Schedule setup > Appointment Types You can now disable and enable appointment types

  14. Address Book Custom Fields

  15. Settings > Address Book Setup > Custom Fields Allows the custom field to be shown in the Grid of the Address Book

  16. Settings > Address Book Setup > Custom Fields • Define the Grid Header to display in address book: • Label Text • Value Name

  18. Manage Appointments Ability to specify a date range when viewing appointments

  19. Resolved the following issues: • Custom fields are included when exporting from the address book • iCal attachments reflect the correct time zone when sending an email • Corrupt records causing the Calendar to stop responding has been resolved • Can see “Available Groups” in User profile when using Internet Explorer 10
