Water Temperature Modeling • Study Questions from July 16, 2009 FERC Order: • Flows needed to meet MWAT of 68°F (20°C) from La Grange Dam (RM 53) to Roberts Ferry Bridge (RM 39.5) in summer • Relationship between flow and water temperature at various time periods in the lower Tuolumne River • Agency Study Questions – Flows needed to meet: • MWAT of 64.4°F (18°C) from La Grange Dam (RM 52) to Roberts Ferry Bridge (RM 39.5) in summer • MWAT of 18ºC (64.4ºF) from La Grange Dam (RM 52) to the San Joaquin River (RM 0) from October 15 to December 1st • MWAT of 13ºC (55.4ºF) from La Grange Dam (RM 52) to Roberts Ferry Bridge (RM 39.5) from October 15, to February 15 • MWAT of 15ºC (59.0ºF) from La Grange Dam (RM 52) to San Joaquin River (RM 0) from March 20 to May 15 4 Don Pedro Project Relicensing, FERC Project No. 2299 April 20, 2011
