Should we proceed? MERGER EXPLORATION Phase 1 Strategic Rationale: Should we merge? Phase 2 Implementation: How we merge? • Phase 1 seeks to answer the question of whether Harbor NC and NCPC should merge • During this Phase, we will address key questions regarding merge and process this information with both churches • Target date to complete Phase 1 with good faith vote from both churches: End February/March 2013. • In the event that we move forward, Phase 2 will address the question of how we merge • During this phase, we will determine the best process for the merge • Target date for final vote and merge: June 2013
