  8. Members feel adequately informed about the work of the WI organisation as a whole.

  9. Members are informed and able to participate in national and local campaigns.

  10. The arrangements regarding selection and payments to our chosen charities are transparent and fair.

  11. The communication systems (e.g. the “business” part of the meeting, emails, website) are good.

  12. The social events are good.

  13. The range of subgroups and the opportunities they provide is good.

  14. Members feel involved in decision making.
