  2. The first time the Flip Video is plugged into the computer, it will prompt to install the software.This will require restarting the computer.

  3. Note: Camcorder is selected. Click Online 1. Plug in the Flip video. The software will launch automatically. To save the video as a .wmv file and/or edit video in other software like Windows Movie Maker, click on “Online”.

  4. Drag video from other window to here 2. Select “Other Web sites”.

  5. 3. Select “Other”.

  6. 4. You can change the name of the folder that will be placed on your desktop. Then click Go. Click Go

  7. 5. Wait until this window appears. The video will be saved to your desktop.

  8. 6. Open Windows Movie Maker.

  9. 7. Import video by clicking on “Import” and navigating to the desktop to select the video.

  10. 8. Click and drag the video into the timeline.

  11. 9. View the video to identify any footage you might want to delete.

  13. c.Then place the timeline cursor on the other side of the split. d. Click on “Clip”, then “Split”. e. Click on the piece you want to delete, and press the Delete key on your keyboard. c
