  2. Standing Box: Objective • Provide muscle stimulation to prevent atrophy and to build up muscle strength • Alternatives • Electrical Stimulation • Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation(TENS) • Portable Unit • Cost Approximately $200 per unit (Forty Electrodes an additional $50)

  3. Standing Box • Provide a means for one person to get into the standing box • Method Considerations • pulley/wench system • accessibility • blow-up device • shape (round, rectangle, multiple shapes) • size • counterweight device • amount of weight

  4. Fishing Rod Construction • Rod Types to consider • Fly rod • long cork handle rod • short ergonomic handle rod

  5. Setbacks & Future Plans • Standing Box top was inadvertently thrown out • Testing different methods of getting into the standing box • Further research into electrical stimulation (efficacy) • Put together the fishing rod holder
