Practice • At this time we will take the practice survey / assessment • It will return suggestions on what we can do to handle our personalized stressors • We will then follow the suggestions for 30 days • We will meet back up after that time frame
Assessment • 30 days are up • Everyone will take a survey and answer questions on how they followed the suggestions the their feedback • Ultimately – Did it help or no? • Instructor can keep anonymous feedback suggestions and collect data to see how the class worked (or didn’t)
