ACTION STATEMENT: Prepare maintenance forms using The Army Maintenance Management System (TAMMS) and Unit Level Logistics System (ULLS). STANDARD: Prepare equipment maintenance and inspection worksheet(s), identifying all inaccuracies, errors, and procedures that do not comply with DA PAM 738-750, within 30 minutes.

(2) Improper condition ofwindshields, windows, mirrors, lights, reflectors, or other safety devices that are broken, cracked discolored, or covered with frost, ice, snow, dirt, mud, or grime. (5) Any condition likely to cause injuries to personnel, or failure of a component.Examples: worn or cut tires, cracked wheel hubs, worn or frayed tiedown straps…. NOT MISSION CAPABLE (NMC): (3) Defective, inoperable, or out-of-adjustment service or parking brakes. (4) Leaks. Vehicles with any gasoline leak, or a Class III diesel, oil, or water leak will be NMC until repaired. VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARDS IAW AR 385-55
