Respected potential sponsors, We are about to organize an exciting and entertaining football tournament in Gurgaon which will comprise of 20 teams with 10 players each , that is, a turnover of about 200+ is expected. The details of the event is as follows. EVENT: Football tournament FORMAT:7-A-Side; Knockouts VENUE: Swiss Cottage School, Sector 23A, Gurgaon DATES: 12th April-13th April 2014*(Saturday and Sunday) *Dates are tentative

  3. Your Contribution… We have chosen your company to be one of the sponsors of our event through the following ways- 1.) Your company can be the main sponsor by paying an amount of Rs. 25,000. 2.)For being the title sponsor of the event, an amount of Rs. 40,000 is requested.

  4. Your Benefits… With various teams coming from Gurgaon, VasantKunj, Dwarka etc. it will be a great chance to publicize your brand name through our event in the following ways. 1.) The main sponsor’s logo will be present on each poster, Facebook page, website etc. Their names will be announced in every opening announcements of the event on both the days. One poster of each main sponsor will be present in the event. 2.) The title sponsor’s name will be of the utmost importance. The event will be recognized as ‘powered by’ the title sponsor. At least two standees and one poster will be held of the title sponsor. The title sponsor’s name will be imprinted on the balls as well. 3.) For companies providing beverages and eatables, their products will be given to the participants and the organizing members within the tournament in the way the company would want (sell or distribute).

  5. A BIT MORE ABOUT THE EVENT… The amount to be given to the team winning the competition is Rs. 15000 + a trophy. The runner ups will get a cash amount of Rs. 7000 and the highest scoring player will get an amount of Rs. 2000. We will be holding this event yearly and hope to make it bigger and better each year. But for that we would require your support as well. Together we believe that we can make this a successful and exciting league for emerging footballers!
