User Satisfaction: Overall Satisfaction (Burglary, RTCs,Vehicle and Violent Crime) 12 Months to July 2008 Three-year Target: To be one of the 10 Forces nationally with the highest percentage of victims who are satisfied with the overall service provided by the police (Currently 12th) One-year Milestone Target: To exceed 86% of victims who are satisfied with the overall service provided by the police Cornwall & IOS BCU: 82.6% Plymouth BCU: 85.1% Devon BCU: 84.0% FORCE: 84.0%

  13. User Satisfaction (Burglary, RTCs, Vehicle and Violent Crime) 12 Months to July 2008 Figures relate to the Average of the Satisfaction Levels for Burglary Victims, Victims of Vehicle Crime and of Violent Crime and those reporting RTCs - Interviews conducted during the 12 months to July 2008.

User Satisfaction: Ease of Contact (Burglary, RTCs,Vehicle and Violent Crime) 12 Months to July 2008 Three-year Target: To be one of the 10 Forces nationally with the highest percentage of victims who are satisfied with the ease of contacting someone who could assist (Currently 20th) One-year Milestone Target: To exceed 94% of victims who are satisfied with the ease of contacting someone who could assist Cornwall & IOS BCU: 91.2% Plymouth BCU: 92.8% Devon BCU: 93.0% FORCE: 92.5% Cornwall & IOS BCU: 91.2% Plymouth BCU: 92.8% Devon BCU: 93.0% FORCE: 92.5%

  15. Ease of Contact - Indicators (Burglary, RTCs,Vehicle and Violent Crime) 12 Months to July 2008 Q. Is there anything the Police could have done to make it easier to contact them? A. Advertise the non-emergency number and improve speed of response. Respondents also wanted to call a local number and be able to contact their local police station.

User Satisfaction - Whole Experience (Racist Incidents) 12 Months to July 2008 Three-year Target: To be one of the 10 Forces nationally with the highest percentage of victims of racist incidents satisfied with the overall service provided by the police (Currently 5th) One-year Milestone Target: To exceed 86% of victims of racist incidents who are satisfied with the overall service provided by the police Cornwall & IOS: 87.8% Plymouth: 76.7% Devon: 86.6% FORCE: 83.4%

  17. Warrants Performance - June 2008 PI: To have no more than 270 outstanding FTA Warrants by March 2009 • Increase in the number of Outstanding FTA Warrants from 254 in April 2008 to 274 in June 2008 is attributable to an increase in Plymouth BCU (Category A and B) • Warrant Stock over 12 months old remains stable across all BCUS and Categories compared to April and May 08.

  18. Warrants Performance - June 2008 • Compared to May 2008, Force Level decreases in the percentage of warrants executed within target time frame for Category A and B Warrants. Target achieved within Category C (Force level increase to 77%).
