Territory Highlights • Alabama:743 Active Agencies • 1st full year as under new cooperative legislation where TCPN contracts were available to all public entities including K-12 • $17MM in total revenue • Average customer size = $23,703 • Average contract use = $1.46 per customer • University of Montevallo: $3.5MM / 8 contracts used • Jefferson County School District: $1MM / 8 contracts used • Troy University: $662K / 7 contracts used • Shelby County School District: $400K / 7 contracts used 12 month #’s based on Q4 ’12 – Q3 ‘13

(AL & FL) • Volume growth trends to continue upward based on: • Member sign up rates • # of vendor trainings and program manager engagements • Market acceptance of cooperatives 12 month #’s based on Q4 ’12 – Q3 ‘13
