  3. Troubleshooting • Determine hardware vs. software problems • Eliminate variables • Turn off the Extensions • Disconnect external devices: • Pull out Preferences folder onto desktop Rick Burke, A+, Network+, INet+, MCP, MCP+I, MCSE, CCNA
