  5. Blended Learning • Was WebCT Campus • Now Blackboard Vista • Issues (Cons): • Log-in delays • Information not “open” • Development framework not flexible (PHP, MySQL, Javascript, etc) • Not entirely portable • Pros: • Allows external sites to be encapsulated • Other obvious benefits
