Must provide Hotel Accommodations Hotel Accommodations are to be provided for ALL necessary nights If guest has to arrive a day early or leave a day late it is because of your schedule – If you don’t like it then change the schedule This is a requirement of your office It is not up to the GHP, a committee, or you. 8

Protocol during Conclave Introductions There are exceptions Grand Masters with staff Late arrivals get introduced later NOT after the Grand Encampment officers or M.W. Grand Master WARNING – the most common cause of running late is poor introduction protocol. Don’t run out of time 13
