Strategies for improving HIS in terms of emergency response…. • Strengthen evidence-base to inform management, health planners, health care providers. • Improvement of tools for health data management and better understanding of their use in emergency and disaster response • Increase dialogue between national, regional and international organizations and actors working in emergency and disaster response.
