  1. Water Dispensers Are for Everyone With all the harmful chemicals and impurities in tap water, drinking it is almost like playing Russian roulette. Thankfully, water dispensers allow us to get fresh, clean drinking water at the perfect drinking temperature anytime we want it. You simply install the dispenser in your kitchen or place of choosing, and keep it stocked with a jug of water. A recent study by the CDC estimates that ¾ of the population walk around in a mildly-dehydrated state. While this usually doesn't pose any serious concerns, being dehydrated for extended lengths of time can affect nearly every part of your body. To stay hydrated, you need to drink water. Get rid of the sodas, sweet tea and coffee, and drink water instead. A water dispenser can help you and your family stay hydrated by providing you with deliciously fresh water anytime you please. You'll find water dispensers come in two basic types - ones that tap directly in to a water line and ones that require a bottle to supply the water. If you purchase a water dispenser that taps into a water line, you'll have to be sure that there's a water line available. If there isn't, you'll have to hire a plumber or get your hands dirty trying to run one off the main line. These types of water dispensers also require regular maintenance and the changing of water filters. Remember, they will be getting water from the tap, which is why it's important to keep the filters fresh.

  2. The water dispensers that require bottles are typically a larger and bulkier than those that connect to the tap. However, most people prefer these types of dispensers because of their ease of use and quality of water provided. You don't have to worry about hooking it up to the water line or having to constantly change the filter. All you have to do is keep a full jug connected to the dispenser in order for it to work. The water jugs can either connect to the dispenser through the top or on the bottom. If it goes on the bottom, the dispenser usually has some sort of suction mechanism which pulls the water up into the machine. If it goes on top, gravity simply forces the water downwards. Both of these types work great, however you may find the bottom-loading dispensers to be a bit easier to work with. If you go with a jug-supplied water dispenser, you'll have to buy the water for it. Some dispensers only work with a specific type of jug, so read the instructions carefully to determine what's okay to use and what's not. When choosing a water dispenser, it's important to find one that's temperature regulated. While most of the dispensers made today have this option, some of them break quite easily. Get online and find reviews of the water dispenser you're thinking of buying. Make sure it's not a lemon and will endure its many years of use. A good water dispenser should last over a decade without requiring any repairs. Water Dispenser
