  6. Cambridge Journals Online • 13 libraries signed onto the agreement • Access to 200+ titles • Approximate list price of titles: $55,000 • All but 2 libraries paid $2500 surcharge; other 2 paid $3,631 and $4,921 • Access from 1996/97- with archival rights • 7% price cap

Wiley InterScience • 16 libraries signed onto the agreement • Access to 245+ titles • 85 titles subscribed to by libraries; remainder come from four GWLA libraries • Approximate list price: $643,000 • 3% EAL fee: $73.50 - $1,920; average: $441 • Access from 1996/97- with archival rights • 5.5% price cap • 4 year agreement
