(6) • Two main points: • 3man FB becomes predictable – Forward crowded out – less space/time/more pressure, lose possession, lower success • Guard dribbles one bounce too many – forward crowded, less space, more pressure on pass, pass blocked, guard forced to delay

Individual work – Role Specific • Guards practising – Dribbling (Speed), passing, jump shots • Forwards practising – lay ups, rebounding, passing • Centre’s practising – rebounding, left hand lay ups, long passing (1 man fast break)
