Objectives of Consultation • Foster communication and collaboration among international practice community and country partners about approaches to results management in capacity development • Promote dialogue on current issues hindering capacity development efforts and viability • Share resources and lessons learnt to support results management in capacity development • Gain understanding and feedback on WBI’s approach to design and results management of capacity development interventions

Questions for Consideration • How can we address the increasing demand for measuring and reporting results of our work? • What are the approaches that drive design, monitoring, and evaluation in capacity development? • How are results of capacity development currently being assessed and reported?

  4. Questions for Consideration • How are the outcomes and impact of capacity development efforts currently being measured? • How easy is it to compare capacity development programs and draw lessons learned? • What can we do to facilitate dialogue and sharing of experiences among practitioners?
