Reports - Membership Roster Abridged RosterAllows you to export and print the Accredited and Associate members
Reports - Mailing Labels Allows you to export and print labels for the members in two different label sizes • Avery 5162 Address 1-1/3” x 4” • Avery 5163 Address/Shipping 2” x 4”
Export Allows you to export an Excel spreadsheet or a Text file of the Member Schools & Programs
Show All This sorting feature allows you to narrow down your membership list.

Creating a Contact STEP1 - PRIOR TO CREATING A NEW CONTACT Search to verify the contact doesn’t have a record created
Creating a Contact STEP2 – Select New Contact and Update General Tab Required fields Insert organization name for Employee contacts only. If student leave the field blank.
Creating a Contact New Feature
Creating a Contact STEP3 – Update Details and Governance tabs Allows student to populate on Students & Alumni listing Step 2: Select the correct Council or Committee. Step 1: Select Add
Creating a Contact STEP4 – Workgroups and Note Insert information that is important pertaining to this particular contact that you would like to share with other CM users Step 1: Select Add Step 2: Select the correct Workgroup.
