Key Learnings • Understand the working of an advertising agency • Hands on experience of the entire client servicing work • Improved my writing, researching and communication skills • Enhanced my existing knowledge and helped me learn new things • Learnt how to co-ordinate between various departments of an ad agency and get the work done • Time and stress management • Increased my self-confidence while dealing with clients, strangers and employees • Gave a new shape to my creativity, hard-work, communication and writing skills • Learnt multi-tasking and management skills • Also worked with the account planning department- added advantage • Learnt Research Skills
Challenges Faced • Communicating the same message sent across by the client to all the different departments and people in the agency without any discrepancies in the message • Dealing with different kinds of people from different departments and getting the work done by me • Sitting and getting every small changes implemented in the creative work as suggested by the client, every now and then • Keeping the client as well as the creative team happy and satisfied at the same time • Meeting deadlines • Working on multiple brands and multiple tasks • Coping up with the volume of work given each day, inconsistent office timings and yet producing quality work
