  1. What if…We actually believed in the power of God?

  2. ONLY BELIEVE!

  3. Who is like You, O Lord, among the gods? Who is like You, glorious in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders. Ex 15:11 God is not a man, that He should lie, nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good? Num 23:19 For You are my lamp, O Lord; The Lord shall enlighten my darkness. For by you I can run against a troop; By my God I can leap a wall. As for God, His way is perfect; The word of the Lord is proven; He is a shield to all who trust in Him. 2 Sam 22:29-31

  4. For who is God, except the Lord? And who is a rock, except our God? God is my strength and power, And He makes my way perfect. He makes my feet like deer, And He sets me on my high places. 2 Sam 22:32-34 For the Lord your God is a consuming fire, a jealous God. Deut 4:24 For the Lord your God is God of gods and Lord of lords, the great God, mighty and awesome, who shows no partiality nor takes a bribe. Deut 10:17

  5. Before Me there was no god formed, Nor shall there be after Me. Isa. 43:10 But the Lord is the true God; He is the living God and the everlasting King. At his wrath the earth will tremble, And the nations will not be able to endure His indignation. He has made the earth by His power, He has established the world by His wisdom, And He has stretched out the heavens at His discretion. When He utters His voice, There is a multitude of waters in the heavens: And He causes the vapors to ascend from the ends of the earth. He makes lightning for the rain, He brings the wind out of His treasuries. Jer. 10:10, 12-13

  6. Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly, abundantly above all that we can ask or think, according to the power that works within us. Eph 3:20 He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not will be condemned. And these signs will follow those who believe. In My Name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means harm them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover. Mark 16: 16-18

  7. Believe in… • To have faith in in the truth or existence of: • To be of the opinion that (something) is right or acceptable • To have confidence in (a person or a course of action)

  8. To believe is to have the knowledge of Him in whom you believe. It is not to believe in the word Jesus, but to believe in the nature of Christ, to believe in the vision of Christ, for all the power has been given unto Him, and greater is He who is within you in the revelation of faith than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4) – Smith Wigglesworth

  9. For this reason we also thank God without ceasing, because when you received the word of God which you heard from us, you welcomed it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which also effectively works in you who believe. 1 Thess. 2:13

  10. But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemous, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness, but denying its power. And from such people turn away. 2 Tim. 3:1-5

  11. It is not the appearance of godliness that taps into God’s power, but surrender to God in your life.

  12. Power • The ability or capacity to do something or act in a particular way • The capacity or ability to direct or influence the behavior of others or the course of events

  13. Accept that God is true, that He is who the Bible says He is. • Have faith that He has the ability or capacity to do exceedingly, abundantly above all that we ask or think according to His power that works within us. [Eph. 3:20] • Acknowledge the fact that it is His power in us, and not our power in us, that will be doing the work. • Live our lives in such a manner that we do not become the hindrance to His power working in us, but as conduits for His power to be manifested.

  14. If you will only dispose of yourself-for nothing but yourself will hinder you-it may be today that God will transform you so that you will be an altogether different person, as you have never been before. Move beyond your human mind, your human measure, your own strength, and all your resources…. and let inspiration take charge of you entirely, and bring you out of yourself into the power of God. – Smith Wigglesworth

  15. Because we struggle to imagine and believe God can do great things through us, we don’t ask him to do them. Matt Carter

  16. But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. Jam. 1:6

  17. If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. John 15:7

  18. YOU ONLY ARE, BECAUSE JESUS IS!

  19. When you go to battle against your enemies, and see horses and chariots and people more numerous than you, do not be afraid of them; for the Lord your God is with you, who brought you up from the land of Egypt. So it shall be, when you are on the verge of battle, that the priest shall approach and speak to the people. And he shall say to them, “Hear, O Israel: Today you are on the verge of battle with your enemies. Do not let your heart faint, do not be afraid, and do not tremble or be terrified because of them; for the Lord your God is He who goes with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you Deut. 20:1-4

  20. God’s power is activated through your life when you pray according to His word and direction

  21. I know that You can do everything, And that no purpose of Yours can be withheld from You. You asked, ‘who is this who hides counsel without knowledge?’ Therefore I have uttered what I did not understand, Things too wonderful for me, which I did not know. Listen, please, and let me speak: You said, ‘I will question you, and you shall answer Me.’ I have heard of You by the hearing of the ear, But now my eye sees You. Therefore I abhor myself, And repent in dust and ashes. Job 42:2-6
