  13. Lessons Learned • Understanding the scope of a project is huge. It is hard to go backwards once you have made promises. • Smaller goals are more achievable and allow for better results down the line. • Flexibility in any project is necessary • You can lead a horse to water but you can’t make it drink no matter how hard you try
