Cluster Goals • By June 2014, North Atlanta Cluster performance will improve by increasing students scoring Meets and/or Exceeds on the CRCT in the areas of ELA, Reading, and Math by 5 percentage points. • By June 2014, North Atlanta Cluster performance will improve by decreasing by 5% the number of students absent 10 or more days as measured by June SLDS Data.

Cluster principals collaborate for professional growth by attending workshops and conferences together and sending school teams to common professional development opportunities Several schools are offering cohort classes for adding endorsements such as ELL and gifted Cluster night at NAHS football game Cluster Initiatives and Highlights
Progress Monitoring • The cluster leadership will monitor the results of the identified strategies and interventions as follows: • Computer Adaptive Assessment Systems • Thinkgate Common Assessments • Grade Level PLC’s and Data Teams • Cluster PLC’s dedicated to review of performance data • Instructional Coaches and Professional Learning Specialists to support school-based interventions • Quarterly review of respective school-based Continuous Improvement Plans to ensure that identified performance goals are met
