What we set out to do: • Develop a TBCTA Advocacy Toolkit that: • consolidates current advocacy tools and products withthe approaches of the Stop TB Strategy to create a comprehensive, easy-to-understand advocacy kit for national TB program managers and their staff • pushes information and knowledge out to those who can best use it in advocacy activity to increase political commitment for DOTS

What we’ve accomplished (cont’d) Phase 2 Toolkit Development • Conceptualized and designed an online content management that houses advocacy publications, tools, and templates, as well asmeets the needs of target audiences: • centralized • organized • user-friendly • updatable • Unveiled Beta site to garner increased interest and feedback • Refine, launch and market the toolkit • Further engage target audiences to co-develop toolkit (e.g., Advisory Board) • Design, test and launch (March) • Ongoing communications and training UNDERWAY Phase 3 Completion and Launch
