Technology and Systems We are utilising the following software solutions for all Apprenticeship Programmes OneFile – Market leading e-portfolio/virtual-learning environment; developed for and used by NHS Trusts nationally BKSB – Utilised by 85% of FE Colleges and Schools; delivers English and Maths Training from Entry to GCSE level Cognassist – Assesses cognitive behaviour/ability and develops support strategies for learners with additional needs/support

Programme Induction and Support We provide a comprehensive induction onto the programme led by Skills Training UK Content includes: Icebreaker/team building introduction Introduction to the Improvement Programme Core principles of apprenticeship programmes Project(s) overview and examples English and Maths assessment Skills Scan/Prior understanding assessment E-Portfolio set-up (followed up at initial meeting)

Personalised delivery method The delivery methodology is tailored for each organisation we work with, though follows the core principles: Apprentice-centric model Employer support through dedicated Learner Mentor and Line Manager Specialist Additional Support available for English & Maths, SEN, and personal support requirements No minimum cohort; however recommend minimum 3-5 starting together

Flexible integration of 20% off-the-job • Can be flexible • Can take place at work as part of the learner’s day to day duties • Includes all of the following: • Teaching of theory • Online learning • Practical training • Learning support (on and offline) • Time spent writing assignments • Project development work • Developing and delivering presentations Experienced in working flexibly with large organisations nationally; accounting for business factors e.g. OPEL and Serious Incident Framework

  14. Off the job hours reconciled during monthly 1-2-1 sessions; also reviewed during quarterly progress reviews Conducted every 8-12 weeks with Line Manager/Mentor
