  1. BT WholesaleTags on the Line PortalAdding or Retrieving Notes & Closing a Query

  2. Notes are visible at the bottom of the Tags Query Details screen.

  3. The notes section displays the two most recent notes. To view more notes click ‘Get more notes’.

  4. If no more notes are available the message below will be displayed.

  5. To add a new note click ‘Update TOTL Query’.

  6. Simply enter your additional notes and click Update TOTL Query. These notes will then be logged in the Tags Query record in BTW

  7. Confirmation that notes have been added successfully. Click the link to return to Tags Query Details screen.

  8. To close a Tags Query click Update TOTL Query.

  9. Select closed from the Tags Status drop down menu.

  10. You will also need to enter a note before updating. Failure to do so will result in the error below.

  11. Confirmation that query has been updated successfully. Click the link to return to Tags Query Details screen.

  12. The Tags Status should now show closed.
