Crossword • You will receive a crossword puzzle. You may write on the paper. • When you are finished with the crossword, you may play hangman with the vocabulary from the flashcards or you my play Pictionary using the whiteboards. • Hangman = make a line for each letter in the word. Another person guesses letters in Spanish. Each letter missed a body part is drawn. • Pictionary. Select a card and don’t show it to anyone. On the whiteboard draw the word. Others guess the word.
Reading • Read the story to a partner. • Answer the questions on your own paper.
Computers • Make sure the computers are plugged in. • Be careful of the cords when you move. • Go to the websites mentioned. • Follow the directions on the instruction sheet. • Leave the instruction sheet so that it can be found by the next group.
Writing • Use your flash cards to help with the vocabulary. • Write as much as you can according to the prompt shown on the screen.
Centers and Rotation • There will be about 11 students in each center. • You will have 14 minutes in each center. • All students will need to rotate to the right or clockwise. • Be careful when you move. • After the last center of the day, • Straighten up the room and be helpful. • Make sure the computers are turned off and put away neatly. • Turn in papers, • Return to your seats.
