Egate-20 Product Highlights • Aggregates and switches Fast Ethernet traffic over eight unframed E1 (balanced and unbalanced) or T1 Framed circuits • Three 10/100 BaseT ports for connecting to the packet network • Enables transparent forwarding of Ethernet user traffic and secures management via VLAN stacking and stripping • Supports transparent MAC forwarding • Three levels of QoS, based on VLAN priority (802.1p), IP Precedence and DSCP, allowing user traffic separation and prioritization • Inband/Out-of-band management • Terminal, Telnet, Web browser and SNMP (RV-Lite) • Collects statistics on E1/T1 and Ethernet ports
