  2. Hair Grab • Opponent grabs hair

  3. Hair Grab • Reach up and grab opponent’s hand with both hands • Step back

  4. Hair Grab • Front leg front kick

  5. Hair Grab • Reach in and grab the inside joint of the elbow

  6. Hair Grab • Using your body weight, step in • Pull down on opponent’s elbow

  7. Hair Grab • Fold for an elbow with rear arm

  8. Hair Grab • Elbow strike

  9. Hair Grab • Continuing in that motion, spin and look behind you • Fold for another elbow

  10. Hair Grab • Spinning elbow strike to the face

  11. Hair Grab • Step back into a fighting stance and “Kiyah!!”

  12. Torso Grab/Tackle • Opponent grabs chest and body as if to “tackle”

  13. Torso Grab/Tackle • Step back with right leg • Counter grab your opponent

  14. Torso Grab/Tackle • Knee to the floating rib or solar plexus

  15. Torso Grab/Tackle • Step back with left foot

  16. Torso Grab/Tackle • Knee to the floating rib or solar plexus

  17. Torso Grab/Tackle • Step back with right foot

  18. Torso Grab/Tackle • Knee to the floating rib or solar plexus

  19. Torso Grab/Tackle • Step back with left foot

  20. Torso Grab/Tackle • Knee to the floating rib or solar plexus

  21. Torso Grab/Tackle • Place hands on opponent’s shoulders
