What will your senior year schedule look like? • Graduation Requirements • Accelerated Course Work to Further Prepare • Internships • Concurrent Enrollment • Work towards Academy Certificate • Completer Program • Career and Tech
Internships • Have you completed at least four of the required courses in a “Career Major”? • Have you scheduled a meeting with Ms. Myers?
Concurrent Enrollment • Signup for the Accuplacer at Carroll Community College (2 to 3 Hour Test) • High School Dates: Every Saturday at 9:30 (call to schedule an appointment); January 31st at 1:00 and 6:00 • Concurrent Information Session at Carroll Community from 5:30-6:30 tonight. Call if you plan on going! • Make an appointment with me in January/February • Can begin to register for classes in April

When Searching…. • Try to narrow your search by selecting at least 3 criteria: • Potential Majors • Student : Teacher Ratio • Geographic Location • $$$$ • Admissions Criteria (See Last Year’s Seniors) • Community’s Size • Etc….
So, What is Expected of You?? • KNOW 10 Potential Schools by May…….. YES, THIS MAY!!! • Be familiar with the community • Know each school’s admissions criteria • Order a catalog or a CD/DVD • Maintain an honest awareness of your academic profile AND
