Genesis Parent Portal - New Student Record Keeping Software

The Genesis Parent Portal is a new student record keeping software for the 2011-2012 school year. It allows parents to access their child's attendance, report cards, and interim reports online. The Parent Portal will be available starting February 1, 2012.

  1. New Student Record Keeping software for the 2011-2012 School Year • Parent Portal to Genesis tentatively schedule to be available February 1, 2012. Kenilworth School District *You must provide guidance with an email address to be able to access the Parent Portal. Enter your Username (email address) here and then the password that will be generated for you by February 1, 2012

  2. Home Screen This is your Home Screen. If you have multiple children in the district you should be able to scroll down and see them all.

  3. Click the top menu bar for options! Choose from the drop down menu here to switch from course to course that your child is enrolled in.

  4. Daily as well as By Period Attendance can be viewed on the Attendance Screen

  5. Under the grading tab you will be able to access your child’s (or children’s) Report Cards and Interim Reports Please Remember the Parent Portal will NOT be available until February 1, 2012!
