What does our Khalifaatba expect from us? • Listen regularly to Friday Sermons • Observing proper Purdah • Good role models as mothers, daughters and wives • Creating a heaven in our homes so that message of peace spreads in our community • Maintaining a strong bond with Khilafat • Be regular in prayers • Sacrifice wealth, property, time & children
Complete Submission & Obedience • Unquestionable obedience of Khalifa in everything good • To be attached to rope of God, you have to be obedient to the God’s appointed leader • Hadiths on obedience
Understand & Follow Nizam-e-Jamaat • Believer should follow instructions of God & respect Nizam-e-Jamaat • Hold on to Nizam-e-Jamaat during interim period when a Khalifa passes & a new Khalifa is appointed • Believer should whole-heartedly accept decisions of Qaza committee • Learn to deal with problems through the appropriate channels • Do not spread discord
Tarbiyyat – Training ourselves & our children • All children should do Ba’ait of new Khalifa • Teach children to dedicate their lives to Ahmadiyyat & in return God blesses us • Habit of saying daily prayers on time – especially Fajr prayers at early age. • Make children listen to Friday sermons regularly • Keep children closely connected to Jamaat – bring them to Jamaat events regularly • Develop love of Jamaat in children’s heart & thus love of Khilafat also • Make an effort to do congregational prayers at home
Tarbiyyat – Training ourselves & our children • Inculcate habit of reading Jamaat books in children • Hold family discussions at home on Quran/any Islamic topic – make it a special day every two weeks • Only under a good mother a child reach Paradise • Teach your children that Jamaat work & meetings should take priority over all other worldly affairs • Pass the sense of financial sacrifice in your children
Follow Nizam-e-Wasiyyat • Promised Messiahas said everyone should enroll in this scheme at an early age • Women should try to include their husbands and their children • Wasiyyat brings us closer to Khilafat & a step forward towards achieving Paradise • Wasiyyat & Khilafat are interdependent – Wasiyyat is a continuous struggle; Khilafat creates unity; both lead to Jannah • Be obedient to our Khalifaatba & say Labaik to his call • Do not think of yourself as unworthy!
Financial Sacrifices • Means of moral training. Do not lie about your incomes. • Huzuratba said that in this era one type of Jihad is through financial sacrifice • Have firm faith that God never wastes any good deed and any act done to attain His pleasure • Our future generations will be blessed in return for our financial sacrifices
Promoting Sisterhood • Customs & languages differ but all bonded as sisters in same religion • Try to speak in a language we can all understand or translate; use phrases in each others language • Attending meetings, participating in activities will make you feel being part of this sisterhood • Greet everyone warmly on meetings • Accepting and returning sisterly social invitations that establish mutual respect and affection. • Praying with and for your sisters that misunderstandings and cultural differences be lovingly overcome
Our Role in Tabligh • Observe proper Purdah. • Give proper answers to any questions raised by colleagues/friends • Handling yourself in such a manner that there is a clear distinction between an Ahmadi women and other women • Always availing every opportunity to spread the knowledge about Ahmadiyyat & Islam
