Holland’s Theory • There are 6 different Personality Types Realistic (Doers) Investigative (Thinkers) Artistic (Creators) Social (Helpers) Enterprising (Persuaders) Conventional (Organizers) • There are 6 basic types of work environments Realistic (Doers) Investigative (Thinkers) Artistic (Creators) Social (Helpers) Enterprising (Persuaders) Conventional (Organizers) • By selecting a career or work environment that matches your personality type, you are more likely to be successful and satisfied in your work!   5. Naviance Interest Profiler • Click on the “about me” tab under family connection 2. Click “career interest profiler” 3. Click “Start Profiler” to begin survey Denver Public Schools

  6. Naviance Interest Profiler • After you complete the survey, review your results • When you are ready to explore your careers, click “View Matching Occupation List” Denver Public Schools

  7. Naviance Interest Profiler Click on the careers that interest you to learn more. Preparation Level: Click the ? to learn about the education and training for each “job zone” Bold = best match Denver Public Schools
