Michael Sadler • Member of House of Commons in Parliament (1829-1832) • March 1832, introduced a law to limit workers under age 18 to 10 working hours • Described suffering in factories but Parliament did not pass bill • April 1832, another investigation was started by Parliament with Sadler in charge • What is his motive?
