Authorship • What is a Genomel paper? • At least data from two Genomel participants, • otherwise just acknowledge genomel funding • Current Genomel authorship policy: • 2-3 group members • more authors must be justified • remaining group members in acknowledgement • Future Genomel authorship policy: • 1 from each group participating in study or from groups that are member for >2 years but that do not contribute • more authors must be justified • remaining group members in acknowledgement
Communication of results • Present: • e-mail: feedback is problem • teleconferences: only works with small groups • yearly Genomel Meeting: works excellent • meetings at important conferences: not everybody attending • Future: • web-based meetings • video-conferencing • yearly Genomel meetings
