Why it Works Through creating unique ways of keeping track of a 3 digit number we are able to analyze the same data in different categories and award points that can be totaled and added to determine the most mathematically due numbers in the next drawing. This is a bit of a simplification of the process but is substantially what makes the system work. There are over 40 different analyses done during the daily process that does produce winning numbers.

  7. Cash 3 Stage One Income The Income from Stage One comes from investing $10 on each of the 125 numbers the program selects for each drawing. At a Success Rate of 50% the Rate of Return is 100%. There are 2 drawings a day in Florida. $1,250 invested in each of the drawings…$5,000 collected on one of the drawings. Daily average Profit equals $2,500 which is $912,500 annualized.

Cash 3 Stage Two Income • Stage Two will consist of refining the program to take the number of tickets needed to be purchased from 125 numbers down to 27 numbers, per drawing, thus decreasing the expense per drawing from $1,250 to $270 with the same success rate of 50%. • Daily profit for Florida will increase from $2,500 to $4,460…annualized revenue increases from $912,500 to $1,627,900 and “All States” annual revenue increases from $36,500,000 to $65,116,000.

Once the program works in Florida it will be an easy task to import past results from the various states and start operations in those states. Based on Florida as an “average” annual revenue “All States” equals $36,000,000 at the 10 ticket level.

  11. COMPANY OPERATION • As U.S. state’s operations are started in each new state two or three parties will be picked to be agents for the Company. Agent will buy the lottery tickets as directed by the Company. The agent will deposit the winnings in a bank account owned by the Company in each state and the monies swept on a daily basis. • There is nothing for the Company to sell, brand or otherwise be involved in. A simple system generating significant cash flow on a daily basis.
