  2. Polycoat 750D Polycoat 750D is a pure sprayed, plural component elastomer. It provides a flexible, resilient, tough, monolithic membrane with good water and chemical resistance. It offers excellent abrasion resistant properties making it ideal for industrial or mining applications where constant abrasion is a concern.

  3. Polycoat 750D Physical Properties of cured product Service temp. -50C to 200C. Shore hardness 50D approx. Elongation 340- 400% Tensile Strength 2650 psi Tear Strength pli 410 Abrasion Resistance, mg lost 110 (100gms, 1000rev, H-18 wheels)

  4. Polycoat 750D Some of the benefits of Polycoat 750D are: • It can be sprayed to any thickness in a single application • It can be handled or walked on in 30 seconds • It is 100% solids (0% VOC) • It has a service temperature from -50 to 200 C

  5. Polycoat 750D • Highly resistant to impact over wide temperature range. • Excellent abrasion resistance even at high temperatures. • Resistant to cracking under high flex conditions. • Resistant to water and a wide range of chemicals.

  6. Polycoat 750D Chemical resistance tested against many corrosive and other reagents such as: Gasoline, Diesel Fuel, Motor oil, Hydraulic Fluid, Toluene, Xylene, Sulphuric Acid, HCl, Phosphoric Acid, Acetic Acid, NaOH, KOH, Salt, Sugar, Water.
