Title Authors Affiliations Abstract The abstract gives a short summary of your project, including the introduction, reasearch question, methods, participants, and results. Results There are a variety of methods by which you can display your results. Regardless of the method you choose, it is important to have a description of the data. Describe the most important findings of your study in easy-to-understand terms. Introduction The introduction gives relevant background information for your study. It provides the foundation for the rationale and research questions of your study. Be sure to cite any references. Method and Participants This is the “how” and “who” section. Describe to your reader how you selected participants for participation. Provide any demographic information. Include the measures you used Discussion This section provides an opportunity to explain the results in a broader context. Why are these findings important? Do they support or contradict the findings of other studies. Also an opportunity to discuss the limitations of the study and future directions for research.
