  2. Installation Summary • 125 chambers mounted, 13 still to be done, 7 could be done this week • Quite some small ‘mechanics tasks’ have to be completed. We have to start with C-front • (to be aligned first) on April 14. • Electronics debugging has to be done, including HV-tests, again first on C-front . • Next comes C-back, then the A-side

Side – A electronic tests FEB communication: (13 chambers) R1: 15A1 R2: 13,15,17, 18, 19, 20 (all A3) R3: 9A, 11A, 21A, 23A, 24A R4: 30C Threshold Scan: (4 chambers) 1 dead channel : R4: 1A, 25A, 27A 2 dead channels: R4: 12C Connectivity (ODE): (4 chambers) R4: 27A, 29A, 2C, 4C HV @ 2kV: No problem on A-front for R4. Neither for 25A+27A, 29A+c, 31 A+C The R3 and R2 chambers to be checked still Threshold Scan @ 2kV: 22C, 30A, 31A Side – C electronic tests FEB communication: (4 chambers) R3: 12B, 16B R2: 14A1, 20A1 Threshold Scan: (7 chambers) 1 dead channel: R4: 9D, 15D,7B >1 dead channel: R1: 16A2 Noise Channels R3: 11B, 13B, 24B Connectivity (ODE): (7 chambers) R4: 19D R3: 10B, 11B, 19B, 20B, 21B, 24B HV @ 2kV: (1 chamber) R4: 9B WAITING FOR A SPARE CAEN HV BOARD Threshold Scan @ 2kV: (14 chambers) R3: 11B, 13B R4: 1B, 2B, 11B, 13B, 21B, 1D, 3D, 7D, 9D, 11D, 14D, 15D M1 chamber summary Side-A 58chambers on the wall ? chambers electronicsnot yet tested 24chambers are fine for all the five electronic tests 21chambers to be debugged on FEB, TS, ODE tests ? chambers to be debugged on @2kV tests Side-C 67chambers on the wall ?chambers electronics not yet tested 35chambers are fine for all the five electronic tests 17chambers to be debugged on FEB, TS, ODE tests 15chambers to be debugged on @2kV tests • FEB mapping problem for R2 chambers (work in progress)

  4. Preparatory work Will be completed this week (besides the profiles on the A-side bunker)

  5. Planning M1 No Access C-side (RICH2-HPD work) No Access A-side (RICH2-HPD work) Easter No Access A-side (SPD/PS work) 125 chambers installed by lunch time today, 13 chambers to be installed to complete the 1st layer  Only 6 chambers will not be installed by Easter

  6. Installation/Testing/Alignment 1st layer • We are late by 1 week with respect to the start of the chamber alignment on C-front • The 1st layer should be completed also in terms of testing and alignment by May 15
