Energy (Use) PerformanceEnergy Performance Certification (Use Phase) is Mandatory due to EPBD (2002) as of 2006 (2009) for buildings when constructed, sold or rented out; to be displayed in public buildings; strengthened in 2010; varying quality and appearance;Attempts to harmonise certificate (move toward standard investment grade audits ) have not succeeded • Energy Performance Certificate is Mandatory by EPBD (2002 and strengthen 2010) Member States Descide Themselves on Qualiyy and Appearan ce.

Discussions on Sustainable Buildings Much discussion on selection of products and groups for Eco-Labelling, Eco-Design and Energy Labelling to use in Green Public Procurement Majority, including Industry, preferBuilding Level instead of Product Level due to local applications and conditions LEED and BREEAM being used by EU Industry EU- EPA Energy Star Agreement only Equipment Now, but Including Buildings Could be Interesting.
