  4. FOOTPRINTS IN THE LITERATURE • AH professionals rate themselves as having little research experience, but moderate interest. • Experience leads to interest • Clinical/academic partnerships enhance effective research and quality care

  5. EXPLORING THE MOVE BEYOND OUR SANDPIT • Questionnaire • Explored individual sandpits • Analysed our responses • Identified themes common to our individual sandpits • Outline recommendations for entering research world.
