  3. 1.Preface Why is there always rubbish on the road? Ans:Becausethere is a lack of publicspiritin people. Most of people are thoughtless about throwing the rubbish just for their convenience. You Han Tsai

  6. The toxic substances permeate through the dry soil and affect the growing of plants as well as the production of crops. Bo Yan Lee

  7. The organic substances from the garbage will gather mosquitoes,flies and mice,etc.And those harmful media spread diseases and damage human health. Bo Yan Lee

Our suggestions to the lacking of pubic spirit • Don’t put the garbage in front of the neighbor’s house or the entrance of the stairs. • Don’t put the garbage into the gutter or river lest the garbage should block the water. • Don’t make noises lest it should affect the neighbors. • Don’t let the pet dogs or cats make dirty Yu Chi Hsu

  14. Conclusion .If everybody has the public spirits and cares about others,our socity will be cleaner,more peaceful and happier. The vows of public spirits: Everyone keeps public spirits,and the community will be clean and sanitary. Yu Chi Hsu
