  3. Makroskopický nález • Uterus: intramurálne 4 belavé uzly 1 – 5 cm, v dutine maternice polyp 2 cm • Ovárium 4x3x2 cm, cysta 1,5 cm • Tuba: 6 cm

  4. Histologický nález • Uterus: konvenčné leiomyómy, autolytický endometriálny polyp • Ovárium: cystický folikul, fokus endometriózy a ...

Bunky granulózy • Neistá histogenéza (coelomový epitel, mesonephros) • Polygonálne so svetlou cytoplazmou • Nezreteľné bunkové hranice • Malé okrúhle alebo oválne hyperchrómne jadrá bez zreteľných zárezov • Vo vyzrievajúcom folikule početné mitózy • Call-Exnerove telieska • IHC: inhibín, calretinín, vimentím, Melan A, AE1/3, CD99, WT1

  15. Bunky granulózy • Nedostatočne vyvinuté dezmozómy • Ľahké uvoľňovanie počas ovulácie, pri manipulácii s materiálom (perioperačne, v excidovni) • Často „crush“ artefakty buniek • V ováriu cystické folikuly

  16. Angioinvázia? • Väčšinou „free floating cells“ • Nie sú prerastené endotelom • Nie sú zavzaté vo fibrínových tromboch

  17. Diferenciálna diagnostika • Granulosa cell tumor • Malobunkový karcinóm • Neuroendokrinný tumor • Melanóm • Lymfóm
