4 Degrees The Four Degrees of Cooperation Introduction of the four degrees of cooperation analysed in Paris This is an unofficial classification drawn by the analysis of the characteristics of the different types of projects that can be developed, A higher degree of cooperation does not imply a higher quality project

4 Degrees FIRST DEGREE MIRROR COOPERATION • Articles 4 and 5 ERDF apply, NOT Article 6! • Partner regions identified in 2 OP’s + in both OP’ amounts or % are identified • Content different, identified in each OP independently (especially in cases of cooperation between Obj 1 and 2) or • content identified in both OP’s with +/-same text but still separate selection criteria/ procedures
