  2. Gambling Policy in The Workplace For the purpose of this survey, Gambling refers to office pools (Football, March Madness, Oscars and Super Bowl, etc.). Note: HR professionals who responded “not sure” were excluded from this analysis.

  3. What does your organization’s gambling policy consist of? Note: Percentages do not total 100% due to multiple response options. HR professionals who reported that their organizations did not have gambling policies were excluded from this analysis.

  4. Organizations That Disciplined Employees For Non-compliance of Gambling Policy In The Past 12 Months n = 77 Note: Includes only HR professionals from organizations with formal gambling policies and excludes those who responded “not sure”. **This question was not available in the 2006 survey.
